Qualified Investors
Adherence to one of the definitions:
In the asset value test: a value of NIS 8.1 million.
In the income level test: A qualified investor will be someone whose income in each of the last two years has exceeded NIS 1.2 million per year, or whose family cell income exceeds NIS 1.8 million.
Combined test: The total value of the available properties for use exceeds NIS 5 million, and the income in each of the last two years exceeds NIS 600,000
(or the income of the family unit exceeds NIS 900,000).
